The version number 9.x specifically applies to the Platform. Client, ServiceNow, Shopping, Solutions, and other products are designed to be compatible with multiple versions of the Platform, making them version agnostic. However, certain features may still require specific Platform capabilities, so please verify compatibility as needed.
This Platform documentation is titled 9.x because it includes information for both the 9.0 and 9.1 Platform releases. Unless otherwise noted, all guidance applies to both versions.
