ExtraReplyDelayMs
Time by which PBA peer reply window should be extended to avoid network spikes.
When a machine sends a PBA message like POLL all peers do not reply at the same time. They spread their replies out across a time window. This is done to avoid network spikes such as ARP or UDP storms. The default reply window size of 100ms is mostly enough, but sometimes proves inadequate especially in large subnets. In such cases the window can be extended by the number of milliseconds specified in this registry setting.
