Set to delete pre-cached content that last triggered Nomad elections before the specified number of days from the date the cache cleaner runs. This ensures that only pre-cached content that has triggered elections recently will be kept in the cache. 0 means that pre-cached content will not be deleted automatically when the cache cleaner runs.
