Microsoft 365 Service Health email subscriptions
Exoprise can send email updates when Microsoft publishes new status or incident messages for Microsoft 365 Service Health. Customers can configure the recipients and filter the types of messages they should receive. This feature allows customers to subscribe to and see Microsoft 365 Service Health status without logging into the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, fully integrated into the Exoprise platform.

First, you must configure the OAuth integration to retrieve Microsoft 365 Service Health data for your tenant. Refer to Microsoft 365 status integration.
Once Exoprise has permission to query your tenant's Microsoft 365 Health status, you can enable email notifications as outlined in the following steps.

In Exoprise, navigate to Admin > Settings.

Scroll down to Microsoft Message Notifications.

Enable the notifications and enter the list of recipients to receive the email updates.
We recommend using a distribution list and managing membership on your own email servers rather than managing a long list within Exoprise.

Choose which types of messages the recipients should receive.

Click Save. The recipients will now receive update messages as Microsoft publishes them.
