Suspending alarms

Alarms can be snoozed or suspended for a set period. You can suspend alarms by sensor type or by site, for example, during service or site maintenance, or if you temporarily don't want to receive alarm notifications.

Only Administrators can snooze alarms.

  1. Navigate to Alarms > Settings > Snooze Alarms.

  2. Choose the duration that you would like to snooze the alarms for.

  3. Select the sensor types or site types.

  4. Click the Snooze button, and a countdown will begin.
