The 25.7 release will introduce updates to both the 1E Platform and the 1E Client. However, there will be no changes implemented in the Solutions segment during this release.
Rapid Endpoint Diagnostics – Early Access in 25.7
We are excited to announce the early access release of Rapid Endpoint Diagnostics (RED) as part of the 1E Platform 25.7 update.

Search devices by FQDN
Users can now search for devices using their Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN). This allows for quicker identification and filtering of devices across your environment using domain-specific naming conventions. This update enhances search flexibility and aligns with how many enterprise environments structure device data.
1E Client privacy
We have introduced additional controls to allow administrators to configure privacy overrides to the 1E Client, this includes some of the data required when the 1E Client registers a connection (known as the Online Message) with the Platform. The Agent.Redact SCALE method has been extended to support the new privacy settings.
Other improvements and fixes
DEX Packs are no longer installed out of the box. You can find new and updated DEX Packs on the 1E Exchange.

In version 25.7 of the 1E Client, the default value of the SkipDigitalSignatureChecks setting has changed to false. Previously, this setting defaulted to true, meaning digital signature checks were skipped. Now, with the goal of enhancing security, signature checking is enabled by default. The SkipDigitalSignatureChecks setting is not present in the default 1E.Client.conf file. If this setting was not explicitly added before upgrading to v25.7, the client will begin performing signature checks after the upgrade. This change may cause issues if endpoints cannot access required intermediate certificates. If you anticipate problems with signature verification (e.g., due to inaccessible intermediate certificates), add the following line to the configuration file before upgrading: SkipDigitalSignatureChecks=true This will preserve the previous behavior and prevent potential disruptions. |
