1E Intelligence Early Access
1E Intelligence is available on 1E 23.7 onward.
We are thrilled to announce that 1E Intelligence is entering early access. This provides access to two initial capabilities: Intelligent Insights and Intelligent Sentiment. Read on to find out more about these exciting new additions to the 1E Platform, how they can benefit your business, and how you can get access.
Intelligent Insights
Intelligent Insights provides improved visibility over emerging issues that impact users and devices. Leveraging AI-driven analysis of anomalies, outliers, and trends, Intelligent Insights provides an early-warning system of emerging problems that may negatively impact user experience if not remediated. The feature also provides human-readable analysis of gathered data, potential root causes, and provides you with clear recommendations on next steps.
Intelligent Sentiment
Intelligent Sentiment augments traditional sentiment methods such as surveys by providing an automatically generated user sentiment based on Edge AI analysis of device and user interaction telemetry. This provides improved situational awareness of the sentiment across your entire user base, along with improved abilities to understand why sentiment might be degrading.

From this release of the 1E Client, you can use the client certificates that don't have a FQDN in the Subject Name of the certificate. The 1E Client can select any valid and locally trusted client certificate. These client certificates are checked while setting up the connection with 1E Platform to ensure that the trust chains are verified by the platform switch.
