TeamViewer remote control integration

We are thrilled to announce the TeamViewer remote control integration, which offers the following capabilities:

  • Remote connect to a device with TeamViewer, direct from Service Operations Workspace (SOW): Users now have the ability to utilize a new feature on the SOW device tab called TeamViewer Session Connect, which allows for a seamless connection to a device using the TeamViewer integration.

  • Role-based access controls: Administrators can manage user access to this action through roles and permissions. The Remote Support role is required in the platform.

  • Integration management: Administrators can enable or disable the integration. They can manage the TeamViewer integration through the system property x_1e_connect.show_team_viewer_tab.
