Status updates and alerts

We use the TeamViewer Status Page to keep you up to date on the latest status of the DEX Platform, as well as notify you about upcoming upgrades and updates.

Elastic SaaS updates

About a week before any scheduled maintenance period begins, you'll receive a notification. Once maintenance is complete, we'll send another alert to let you know it's finished. Additionally, if any outages occur or issues arise, we'll send alerts with updates until the problem is fully resolved.

On-premises updates

We'll notify you when a new hotfix or service pack is available for the latest supported on-premises release, so you can stay up to date with enhancements and fixes.

1E Client updates

We'll advise you when a new hotfix or version of the 1E Client is released, helping you stay current with updates and improvements.

Signing up

  1. Go to the TeamViewer Status Page and select Subscribe To Updates.

  2. Enter your email address or preferred communication method and select Subscribe.

  3. Next, you'll be presented with a list of TeamViewer components that you can sign up to. You can click Select none, and then select individual components.

  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

  5. You will need to confirm your subscription using your chosen communication method.
