Compatibility matrix for 1E and ServiceNow integration applications
The table below contains details of all supported 1E ServiceNow integration apps. Use this table as a reference to ensure you are using the correct combination of apps for your needs. Each app requires you to have a 1E instance and the 1E Core app installed.
All the ServiceNow integration applications support Xanadu, Yokohama, and Zurich releases of ServiceNow.
Service Graph Connector for 1E version 4.0.27 supports only the Yokohama release of ServiceNow.
