1E Platform provisioning and upgrading guide

This section covers upgrading and new instances. There is an expected service interruption of approximately three hours associated with an upgrade.

1E provides you with a URL with the DNS name for your 1E portal, which will not change. The IP address that is used to access the service may be one of many based on the regional scalable firewall used by 1E Platform, please discuss with your account team if you need to whitelist these IP addresses.
