1E Platform provisioning and upgrading guide
This section covers upgrading and new instances and upgrading from earlier SaaS versions of 1E Platform.
There is expected to be a 1-hour downtime associated with the upgrade. If you want to take advantage of the new version please contact your 1E Account Team.

1E provides you with a URL with the DNS name for your 1E portal, which will not change. The IP address that is used to access the service may be one of many based on the regional scalable firewall used by 1E, please discuss with your account team if you need to whitelist these IP addresses.
