How to install AppClarity in your organization.

Installing AppClarity

AppClarity is installed through 1E setup. The Select Configuration section of setup allows you to choose whether to install AppClarity. Refer to 1E Server setup.

 

If you use 1E 9.1 you will need to enable the following settings in the SLA-Shared database. You will need to do this to access data needed for AppClarity.

Copy 
UPDATE [SLA-Data]..Component
SET IsEnabled = 1
WHERE Name IN (
    'Calculate Inventory Aggregate For Non Global MGs',
    'Calculate Software Usage'
)
