ContentRegSyncReqDelay is obsolete. Its value may exist in the Content Distribution registry, but it is not used. Instead, please refer to CacheStateSyncIntervalMinutes.
The Content Registration Sync Cycle is available in Content Distribution 7.0 (1E Client 4.1) which registers pending and failed content registrations with Content Distribution. Please refer to Improved resilience of content registration.
