PercentDelayedContentReg is obsolete. Its value may exist in the Content Distribution registry, but it is not used. Instead, Content Registration Sync Cycle is now used, please refer to CacheStateSyncIntervalMinutes.
The Content Registration Sync Cycle is available in the following versions of 1E Client, where the Content Distribution client registers pending and failed content registrations with ActiveEfficiency or 1E Platform. Refer to Improved resilience of content registration.
