9.2 SP1 release notes
Sorting and filtering across data tables
9.2 SP1 introduces sorting and filtering capabilities across major product areas within the Platform, providing a consistent and efficient data exploration experience. Users can now dynamically organize and filter information without exporting data to external tools. Refer to Working with Platform tables.
Key capabilities include:
-
Sorting in ascending and descending order on supported columns.
-
Filtering based on data type-specific operators.
-
Multiple filters applied simultaneously across columns.
-
Visual indicators showing active sort state.
-
Filter pills displaying active filters with quick removal options.
-
Consistent behavior across supported applications and modules.
Supported filtering operators include:

Exporting data from tables
9.2 SP1 introduces export capabilities across supported tables and reporting experiences, enabling users to extract data directly from the Platform for offline analysis, reporting, auditing, and collaboration. This has been added to all the data tables found on first level sections of all components.
Login security acknowledgement
9.2 SP1 introduces configurable login security acknowledgment functionality to support organizations requiring users to acknowledge security or usage policies before authenticating to the Platform.
Administrators can:
-
Enable or disable the acknowledgement requirement.
-
Configure custom headers, sub-headers, logo, and policy text.
-
Upload organization-specific logos.
-
Present security warnings or acceptable-use policies before login.
-
Enforce acknowledgement before access to the authentication workflow.
The feature is supported in both standard and accessible user experiences. Refer to Login Acknowledgement.
Microsoft Configuration Manager 2603 and 26H1 compatibility
9.2 SP1 provides compatibility validation and certification for Microsoft Microsoft Configuration Manager 2603 and 26H1 releases across supported products. This enables customers to upgrade their Microsoft endpoint management infrastructure while maintaining interoperability with the Platform.
Accessibility improvements
Additional accessibility enhancements have been included to further improve usability and compliance with accessibility standards.
Enhancements include:
-
Improved keyboard accessibility and navigation consistency.
-
Better support for assistive technologies.
-
Enhanced logo accessibility and alternative text support.
-
Improved screen reader behavior through consistent navigation patterns.
Versions and support
The Client has not been released as part of the 9.2.1 release. It is recommended to use the Client 26.5 Long-Term Service Branch (LTSB) for this release. The next Client LTSB version is planned for the Platform 27.5 release, and it will be supported. To download the latest toolkit, please use the Support Portal.
It is recommended that customers using version 9.2 should upgrade to 9.2.1. The only supported upgrade path to 9.2.1 is from 9.2.
Improvements and fixes
New and updated product packs are available in the TeamViewer DEX Hub.

Summary |
|---|---|---|---|
|
Enhancement |
Accessibility |
PLAT-30552/PLAT-30553/PLAT-33907 |
We added multiple accessibility enhancements including improved keyboard navigation, logo accessibility, screen reader support, and keyboard-accessible tooltips that can be accessed consistently across supported browsers and experiences. |
|
Enhancement |
Platform Security |
PLAT-33577 |
We added support for the -AllowAnonymousCerts command-line argument to the on-premises Switch (backported to 9.2 SP1). This enables 1E Clients to connect using anonymous certificates in environments where the device's FQDN does not match the Subject Alternative Name (SAN) DNS name specified on the certificate. |
|
Enhancement |
Platform |
PLAT-29809/PLAT-29161 |
We added configurable login security acknowledgement functionality, supporting mandatory policy acknowledgement prior to authentication. |
|
Enhancement |
Multiple Components |
PLAT-29544 |
We introduced interactive sorting and filtering across data tables in the on-premises 1E portal (including Devices, Entitlements, Task Sequences, Report Policies, and Administration Rules). Users can now sort columns dynamically in ascending or descending order and apply multi-column filters with clear/reset options directly in the UI, streamlining data analysis and reporting without needing to export tables. |
|
Fix |
Accessibility |
PLAT-30563 |
We fixed an issue where screen readers (such as JAWS and NVDA) announced a mismatched date, often reading out the previous day when navigating the Date Picker control due to time zone conversion offsets. ARIA labels now accurately reflect the exact date visible in the UI across all time zones. |
|
Fix |
1E Platform |
PLAT-31836 |
We fixed an issue where users belonging to security groups in multi-domain Active Directory environments (such as AMER and APAC domains) were unable to access Platform applications despite successfully logging in. Group membership resolution and synchronization have been improved to prevent timeouts and ensure permissions are reliably cached and applied during the authentication flow. |
|
Fix |
Experience Analytics |
PLAT-31300 |
We fixed an issue in Experience Analytics where filtering results by Management Groups caused charts and graphs to display incorrect data by aggregating and showing metrics from unselected or excluded Management Groups. Graphs now accurately reflect only the explicitly selected Management Groups. |
|
Fix |
Experience Analytics |
PLAT-29212 |
We fixed an issue in Experience Analytics where newly added devices were not displaying experience or performance data due to database table partitioning errors. Partition recovery procedures and scripts were implemented for the Event and SoftwarePerformance tables, ensuring telemetry and performance metrics for newly registered devices are now properly recorded and displayed in Experience Analytics. |
|
Fix |
1E Platform |
PLAT-28860 |
We fixed an issue where Switch Host Services failed to start properly after server reboots or patching cycles due to timeouts during switch deregistration and registration on large estates. The process for setting connected devices to an offline status now runs asynchronously, preventing call timeouts and ensuring switches register and start up reliably without manual intervention. |
|
Fix |
1E Platform |
PLAT-34220 |
We fixed a security issue where vCenter Connector synchronization errors (such as authentication failures or syntax errors caused by special characters like parentheses in passwords) exposed credentials in plain text in logs and error outputs. Password parameter handling during connector execution has been secured so credentials remain masked at all times. |
|
Fix |
Experience Analytics |
PLAT-31932 |
We fixed an issue in Experience Analytics where macOS devices were being scored on Operating System: Boot Time and Startup metrics, negatively skewing the overall environment Experience score. Metric normalization and scoping rules have been adjusted so that Operating System: Boot Time and Startup Responsiveness are scoped exclusively to Windows devices, ensuring macOS experience metrics are accurately calculated without unsupported boot time parameters. |
|
Fix |
1E Platform |
PLAT-32942 |
We fixed an issue in Endpoint Troubleshooting where using the Export All function across multi-server response environments could fail to consolidate output files, leaving unconsolidated temporary .tsv files or failing to generate complete export results for large payloads. Export processing and file consolidation logic have been enhanced alongside improved logging to ensure all instruction results are reliably combined into the final export file. |
|
Fix |
Experience Analytics |
PLAT-32767 |
We fixed an issue in Experience Analytics where the automated partitioning maintenance job failed on the Event log table following an index update, causing event data accumulation in a single partition and triggering database deadlocks and blocked sessions. The partition maintenance stored procedures have been updated to properly support all table indexes, ensuring automated partition creation and maintenance execute reliably without deadlocking or blocking database operations. |
