TeamViewer DEX 26.4 release notes

This release includes enhancements and fixes for the Platform and Solutions.

TeamViewer DEX Hub update

TeamViewer DEX Hub (the Hub) has had the following UI enhancements:

  • The module formerly known as TeamViewer Hub is now referred to simply as Hub within the platform.

  • Tenants with any Solutions license can now access the Hub via the Solutions tab.

We fixed an issue where removing or changing a user’s Platform Solutions Core/Admin role didn’t update in Solutions. User permissions now correctly sync to match the current Platform role (including when a role is removed).

PLAT-25611

We improved Inventory and Catalog data quality by enhancing normalization and usage-mapping (including better handling of multiple Vendor and Titles mapped to the same executable and more consistent install counts across views) to reduce Inventory/Reclaim discrepancies.

PLAT-23429

We improved the ServiceNowPublisher pipeline so it now sends delta updates and lets admins trigger resend attempts after connection failures, reducing long backoff delays and preventing large data spikes after outages.
