Data Access
Email alerts: We are pleased to announce a new email notification feature for the Admin self-service Data Access functionality. This enhancement ensures that administrators are promptly informed when their configuration requires attention.
Administrators will now receive timely email alerts indicating that their Data Access tokens are set to expire in 14, 7, 3, and 1-day intervals. This proactive approach helps manage tokens effectively and avoid disruptions. Refer to Data Access.
By anticipating and preventing potential Data Access outages, this capability helps maintain stable access and secure data. Staying informed through timely notifications enables teams to take prompt action, maintain continuity, manage configurations effectively, and reduce the risk of disruption.
License updates: Data Access is now included in the Enterprise tier license, allowing customers to connect analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau to curated DEX datasets for deeper insights. To ensure this feature is enabled, contact your Customer Success representative.
