1E for Microsoft Intune

1E for Microsoft Intune enables IT organizations to achieve efficient control of deployments and maintain their compliance status. With lightweight, always-on communication and real-time actions, 1E empowers organizations to maintain a standardized baseline, rapidly respond to critical issues, and ensure client health.

You can access 1E for Microsoft Intune under the Solutions tab when you log in to the 1E Platform. The Modules and Solutions tabs are only visible if your license has at least one Solution enabled.

1E for Microsoft Intune offers you the following benefits:

  • Financial and Disruption Savings Insights: Easily report on support tickets avoided, financial savings, and the number of hours saved from disruption with customizable calculators.
  • Compliance Status: Review devices that are compliant, problematic, or non-compliant with the rules established for your environment. Real-time policy sync allows you to address compliance based on client health, client diagnostics, and more.
  • Find and Fix Issues in Real-Time: From client health to patching, find and fix all devices that have drifted from your baseline configuration. Validate that critical services such as SecureBoot, Antivirus, BitLocker, are compliant, enabled, and running properly, then automate your fix as necessary.
  • Advanced Dashboard: Observe device compliance with a dashboard displaying real-time data.
  • Custom Configuration: Modify the default configuration to give you detailed management of Microsoft Intune. Configure 1E for Microsoft Intune using rules you create to give you details related to the time and cost of each support ticket avoided.
  • IT Infrastructure Optimization: Real-time event management for Microsoft Intune troubleshooting, last-mile patching, and hardware/software inventory normalization and visibility.

Prerequisites

  • Download the 1E Solutions Core DEX Pack and any Solution-specific packs from 1E Exchange, and then upload them to your 1E Platform instance.

  • Complete the implementation steps before using 1E Solutions. Refer to Solutions setup.

This dashboard provides an overview of your most effective automation policies. Data is cumulative and is shown by day, automations run, devices impacted, tickets avoided, time savings, and cost savings. You can use the filters at the top of the page to change the date range or focus on specific policies.

The Operational Dashboard provides you with actionable data.

Rule Occurrences

The Rule Occurrences page displays event details over a specified time using a bubble chart with a bubble size set. You can customize the chart by clicking on a bubble to focus on a specific occurrence or by selecting a rule from the grid underneath.

Policies and Rules

The Policies and Rules page offers a view of policies and rules enabled in the 1E Platform.
