Run instructions and view instruction history in the new platform

You can now access additional Endpoint Troubleshooting functionality directly in the new platform, this includes:

  • Run instructions from the device pillar and device lists in the new platform: You can now execute instructions from device pillars and device lists within the new platform.

  • View instruction run history: This includes the ability to see previously run instructions, with options to re-run them. You can also view instruction details and click to see the responses in the existing interface.

We will continue expanding Endpoint Troubleshooting functionality in future releases. This will include the ability to adjust coverage, manage approvals, and view responses.

Intelligent Insights updates

  • Filter insights by impacted operating system: You can now add a column to the Insights list on the Insights dashboard, and see impacted operating system per insight, and filter on these values.

  • Recommendations improvements: We have refactored Insight recommendations, so they now load immediately. We have also improved the quality of recommendations based on feedback.

Digital Experience Monitoring with Exoprise
