TeamViewer remote control integration

We are thrilled to announce an integration between TeamViewer and the 1E Platform. This integration introduces the following capabilities to the 1E Platform:

• Connect to a device with TeamViewer, direct from the new device pillar: Users can access a new action on the new device pillar to seamlessly connect with a device using TeamViewer.

  

• Role-based access controls: Administrators can use 1E Platform roles and permissions to control which users have access to this action.

• Enable and disable the integration: Administrators can configure the integration via a new Integrations section within Settings in the new platform.

Other significant updates

• Global Search: In this release, we are introducing global search functionality. This feature allows you to use keyboard shortcuts to make a search from anywhere within the application. The first iteration includes the ability to search for the following:

  • Devices, based on their FQDN.

  • Intelligent Insights.

    

• Device pillar updates: We are providing a number of updates to the new device pillar, including the following:

  • Experience views: You can now view specific Experience information, including responsiveness, stability, and performance.

    

  • Patch Insights: You can now view patch compliance for a single device and deploy patches as required.

    

  • Device insights: You can now view which Intelligent Insights relate to a device via the Insights section of device pillar Overview.

    

  • Pin attributes: You can now pin attributes on the new device pillar so they can be displayed in the summary card at the top left of the page.

    

    

  • Drag and drop cards: You can now drag and drop cards on the new device pillar to suit your workflow.

• Intelligent Insights updates: We are also making a number of improvements to insights, including the following:

  • Reinforced learning from human feedback: You can now provide feedback on Intelligent Insights, including rating a thumbs up, thumbs down, and optionally providing free-text feedback. This is used by our Data Science team to iteratively improve the quality of insights.
